Marisa is an Atlanta native with over twenty-two years of experience in the medical massage and sports rehabilitation field. She graduated in 2003 from Gwinnett College as a certified medical massage practitioner and has continued to make pain relief her primary focus. Marisa’s career began back in 2004 working with Turner Broadcasting’s private athletic clubs and professional athletes.
Marisa is licensed as a Medical Massage Practitioner (MMP), a Certified Massage Therapist (CMT), a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT), and has NCBTMB National Board Certification. She’s continued her education over the years with studies in advanced pain relief techniques including:
