Sam received his Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Williams College in 2018 and Master in Occupational Therapy from Georgia State University in 2022. During his studies, he focused his research on the use of assistive technology for caregiving for patients with chronic conditions.
Sam spent his clinical rotations studying at Peachtree Orthopedics to specialize in treating the upper extremity under other Occupational Therapists. He specializes in treating injuries of the hand, arm, and shoulder. His interest in treating the upper extremity came from his interest in ergonomics and technology, from treating patients with chronic conditions related to using computers and phones. He is certified in the use of physical agent modalities.
Sam is originally from Carrollton, Georgia. He enjoys spending his free time with his two cats, making video games, and performing magic tricks.
