Rakhi received her Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy from University of Mumbai in 1995. She has over 28 years of experience in varied treatment setting’s including acute care, inpatient rehab, pediatrics, level 1 trauma center and outpatient rehab. Rakhi received her Certification in Hand Therapy in 2011 and is also a Certified Kinesio Taping Practitioner. 

Active membership include American Society of Hand  Therapist and Georgia Hand and Upper Extremity special interest group.

Her clinical strengths include treating varied orthopedic conditions including upper extremity fractures, traumatic hand injuries, soft tissue, nerve and tendon injuries and fabrication of custom splints and orthosis.

Rakhi is originally from Mumbai, India and enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband and two sons.
