Kayla Williams, DPT
Education & Bio
Kayla is a native of Cumming, GA. She grew up playing softball and basketball and fell in love with PT after recovering from her own elbow injury. She received her B.S. in Exercise Science from the University of North Georgia in 2018 and her Doctor of Physical Therapy in 2021. During her time at UNG, she assisted in developing 3D models of hip/pelvic biomechanics for educational purposes.
Kayla joined Peachtree Orthopedics in 2026 and has experience in treating all levels of overhead athletes, runners, gymnasts, dancers, and much more. Alongside this, she enjoys returning to her Alma mater as well as local high schools as a guest speaker to spread her passion of PT to the next generation. Kayla was presented with the Outstanding Clinical Educator of the year award in 2025 from the University of North Georgia.
In her free time, Kayla enjoys traveling the world, attending Braves games, and spending time with her husband and daughter.
