Lauris Jones is a certified occupational therapy assistant (COTA) who specializes in orthopedics. He has over eight years of experience working with patients who have musculoskeletal hand and upper extremity conditions, such as arthritis, fractures, joint replacements, and sports injuries. He helps them regain their functional abilities and improve their quality of life through customized interventions, such as therapeutic exercises, adaptive equipment, splinting, and education. Lauris is passionate about helping his clients achieve their goals and return to their meaningful occupations. He is a member of the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA) and the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) and has served on the board of the Georgia Hand and Upper Extremity Special Interest Group (GHUESG). Lauris has been married for four years and enjoys woodworking and trying new restaurants with his wife.
